Aluminothermic Welding
We have a number of full time aluminothermic welding teams who are trained to the high standards of our internal training school which is Network Rail Approved.
Our teams are based nationwide to ensure that we are able to quickly respond to the needs of our clients. With ongoing assessments and mentoring we ensure that the high standards required are continually met and where possible exceeded. Our teams are multi disciplined trained in both Railtech and Thermit processes including wide gap welding. To ensure that our teams are kept up to date with process changes they undergo regular updates from the aluminothermic welding process suppliers direct as well as briefings and training/ awareness days internally on our track layouts.
With accurate and rapid reporting of welds cast inspections can be scheduled and either carried out by Future Rail's inspectors or the clients inspectors.
Future Rail is so dedicated in providing a professional Aluminothermic Welding service to our clients that , in the unlikely event of a failed weld Future Rail offer to replace the weld at its own cost by providing a team free of charge to undertake the replacement cost. (subject to conditions)
